Services and packages

Choose the right starting point for your business

Whether you need a professional website, a stronger online sales presence or a working digital product, each package provides a clearly defined starting scope.

5% of qualifying community-project fees goes to the Pattni Digital Community Fund.

Pricing

How community and standard pricing work

Community pricing

Community prices are available to Pattni community members and are confirmed through the project application process. They are published rather than negotiated, so everyone sees the same rate.

Community eligibility is currently confirmed during the project application process. A formal membership model may be introduced later.

Standard pricing

Standard pricing is available for businesses outside the Pattni community. The scope, process, testing and support are identical; only the rate differs.

Package prices cover the agreed Pattni Digital development scope in both cases.

Third-party costs are separate

Package prices cover the agreed Pattni Digital development scope. Third-party charges such as domains, hosting, Shopify plans, premium software, API usage and payment-processing fees are normally separate, and we tell you which ones apply before you commit.

Pattni community price
From £1,249
Standard price
From £1,999

Starting price for an agreed initial store scope

The starting scope may include

  • Shopify or another appropriate e-commerce platform set up
  • Product catalogue structure
  • Up to 20 initial products
  • Product collections
  • Payment setup
  • Basic shipping configuration
  • Discount configuration
  • Essential transactional emails
  • Store-management training

Catalogue size, subscriptions, advanced shipping, marketplace integrations and bespoke functionality may increase the price. Platform subscriptions and payment-processing fees are charged by the provider and are separate from the development fee.

Bespoke projects

When a project does not fit a package

Packages are starting points. Work that sits outside them is scoped and quoted separately, with the price based on the requirements we agree together.

Typically quoted as bespoke work

  • Larger marketplaces
  • Customer portals
  • Internal tools
  • Advanced booking systems
  • Membership platforms
  • Data migrations
  • Third-party integrations

No headline price for large builds

We do not publish a fixed price for large bespoke projects, because the honest answer depends on user roles, workflows, integrations, data and administration requirements. Those projects receive a written proposal with the scope, schedule and price set out before anything is committed.

Scope boundaries

What is in, and what is quoted separately

Stated plainly, so the written scope confirms what you already expected.

What every project includes

  • A written scope agreed before work begins
  • A clear payment schedule
  • Responsive implementation across phone, tablet and desktop
  • Testing before launch
  • Launch or deployment support
  • A defined revision or approval process
  • A 30-day agreed bug-support period
  • Transparent third-party costs

What is not automatically included

These are not refusals. Each one can be quoted, arranged or recommended separately — they are simply outside the package price unless the signed scope says otherwise.

  • Unlimited revisions
  • Full copywriting
  • Professional photography
  • Logo design
  • Legal or regulatory advice
  • Guaranteed SEO rankings
  • Paid advertising
  • Ongoing maintenance
  • Native mobile applications
  • Features not stated in the signed scope

Questions

Services and pricing questions

  • How is the community price applied?
You tell us about the business when you apply for a project. Eligibility for community pricing is confirmed during that process, and the rate that applies is stated in the written scope before you commit to anything. There is no membership scheme to join today.
  • Why publish two prices rather than one?
Because the community rate is a deliberate, published commitment rather than a negotiation. Showing both figures makes the preferential rate visible and keeps pricing transparent for businesses outside the Pattni community.
  • What counts as a page?
A page is a distinct, agreed screen of the website — for example Home, About, Services or Contact. Page counts are set in the written scope. Additional pages can be added and are quoted separately.
  • What if my project sits between two packages?
That is common. We start from the closest package and quote the differences explicitly, so you can see exactly what the additional work costs before deciding. If the project sits outside all three, it is quoted as bespoke work.
  • How are revisions handled?
Each package includes a set number of consolidated revision rounds — two for Digital Starter and three for Business Growth. Consolidated means feedback is gathered and submitted together rather than in a continuous stream, which keeps the schedule and the price predictable.
  • Do I own the website when it is finished?
Yes. On final payment the delivered website or product is yours, along with the accounts it runs on. Handover includes the access you need to keep operating it independently.
  • What is not covered by the bug-support period?
The 30-day period covers defects in the delivered scope. It does not cover new features, content changes, design revisions beyond the agreed rounds, or issues caused by third-party platform changes. Those are quoted separately.
