Website package

Digital Starter

A focused, professional website that gives a new business a credible online presence and a reliable route for enquiries.

Best for: New businesses, sole traders and community organisations needing a credible professional online presence.

Pattni community price
£399
Standard price
£699

One-off project fee

Community pricing is available to members of the Pattni community and is confirmed during the project application process. Standard pricing applies to everyone else, with the same delivery standard either way.

Who it suits

Best for a first professional presence

New businesses, sole traders and community organisations needing a credible professional online presence.

A good fit when

  • You are trading, or about to trade, and have nothing to point people to
  • Your business currently lives entirely on social media
  • An existing site no longer reflects the business
  • You need somewhere credible for enquiries to land
  • You want to start small and extend the site later

Not the right fit if

You need to sell products online, manage a blog yourself, take bookings or offer customer accounts. Those requirements start at Business Growth or, for a working product, the Digital Product MVP.

Inclusions

What the package includes

Everything below is covered by the package price once the scope is agreed in writing.

  • Up to five agreed pages
  • Responsive design across phone, tablet and desktop
  • Contact or enquiry form interface
  • WhatsApp integration
  • Social links
  • Google Maps where relevant
  • Basic on-page SEO structure
  • Analytics-ready implementation
  • Domain connection
  • SSL and deployment support
  • Two consolidated revision rounds
  • 30 days of post-launch bug support

Structure

A suggested page structure

Five pages that cover what most new businesses need. The final structure is agreed with you and can be arranged differently.

  1. Home

What the business does, who it serves and the single most important next step.

  2. About

The story, the people and the reasons a customer should trust you.

  3. Services

What you offer, described clearly enough for someone to self-qualify.

  4. Frequently Asked Questions

The questions that would otherwise arrive by phone or message.

  5. Contact

Enquiry form, contact details, location and opening information.

Delivery

How the project runs

The same five stages apply to every Pattni Digital project, scaled to the size of the build.

  1. Understand

We discuss the business, audience, goals and required outcome.

  2. Define

We agree the scope, deliverables, timescale and price.

  3. Design

We establish the structure, content hierarchy and visual direction.

  4. Build

The website or product is developed, reviewed and tested.

  5. Launch

The final product is deployed, handed over and supported.

Delivery guidance

Approximately two to three weeks after all required content and access are provided. This is an estimate based on a standard Digital Starter scope, not an unconditional guaranteed deadline. The schedule agreed in your written scope takes precedence, and late content or delayed feedback moves the launch date.

Working together

What we need from you, and what sits outside the package

You supply

The build moves at the speed of the content. Having these ready before the start date is the single biggest factor in hitting the estimate.

  • Logo
  • Written content
  • Images
  • Accurate business information
  • Domain and account access
  • Timely consolidated feedback

Excluded unless quoted

Each of these can be added — they are simply outside the package price unless the signed scope says otherwise.

  • Full copywriting
  • E-commerce
  • User accounts
  • Bespoke database functionality
  • Advanced integrations
  • Unlimited revisions
  • Ongoing maintenance

Optional additions

Extend the package where you need to

Each addition is quoted separately and added to the written scope before work begins.

  • Extra pages
  • Copywriting support
  • Basic logo assistance
  • Booking integration
  • Blog
  • Additional forms
  • Maintenance

Questions

Digital Starter questions

  • What happens if I need more than five pages?
Additional pages are quoted individually and added to the written scope before work begins. If the site clearly needs closer to ten pages, Business Growth is usually the better value starting point.
  • Can you write the content for me?
Full copywriting is not part of the package price, but copywriting support can be quoted as an optional addition. We will always tell you where the content you have supplied is likely to hold the site back.
  • Do I need to buy a domain and hosting first?
Not before you enquire. Domain connection, SSL and deployment support are included in the package, but the domain registration and hosting charges themselves are paid to the provider and are separate from the development fee.
  • How do the two revision rounds work?
Each round is a consolidated set of feedback: you review the build, collect your comments in one place and send them together. Gathering feedback this way keeps the schedule and the price predictable, and it produces better decisions than a continuous stream of small changes.
  • Can I move up to Business Growth later?
Yes. A Digital Starter site is built on the same modern foundations, so adding pages, a blog, content management or booking functionality later is a scoped piece of follow-on work rather than a rebuild.
