Cookie policy

This policy explains the necessary storage this website uses, the optional Google Ads advertising measurement available with your consent, and how you can change or withdraw that choice.

Last updated: 6 August 2026

Your choice

Advertising measurement is optional. Rejecting it does not restrict normal use of this website. You can change your decision at any time through Cookie settings in the footer, or read our Privacy notice.

1. Purpose

This policy describes how Pattni Digital uses cookies and similar browser storage on this website, and how optional Google Ads conversion measurement works when you consent to it.

2. Who operates the website

This website is operated by PATTNI DIGITAL LTD (“we”, “us”). Pattni Digital is the trading brand operated by PATTNI DIGITAL LTD.

Company number 17374088. Registered in England and Wales.

Registered office: 10, Pilgrim House, Bishop Street, Leicester, United Kingdom, LE1 6AF.

Contact: hello@pattnidigital.co.uk.

3. What cookies and browser storage are

Cookies are small text files that a website or a third party can place on your device. Similar technologies include browser storage such as localStorage. Together they can help a site remember preferences, keep a session working, or — where you allow it — support measurement of advertising results.

This site stores your privacy preference in first-party localStorage under the name pd_consent_v1. That record is necessary storage for remembering your choice; it is not described as a cookie in our product interface, even though cookie-law concepts can still apply to similar technologies.

4. Necessary storage

Necessary storage is always active. It is required to operate this website and to remember your privacy choice so we do not keep asking you on every visit while a valid preference is stored.

The first-party consent record stores only a schema version, whether advertising measurement is granted or denied, and a last-updated timestamp. It does not store your name, email, telephone number, business name, enquiry content or booking details.

5. Advertising measurement

Advertising measurement is optional and off by default. With your permission, Google Ads measurement helps us understand whether Google advertising led to a successful project enquiry or a successful new consultation booking.

We do not currently use this information for personalised advertising. Google Analytics is not currently implemented. Enhanced conversions are not currently implemented. Remarketing tags are not currently implemented.

Rejecting advertising measurement does not restrict normal website use.

8. Information used for measurement

After you consent, Google may process advertising identifiers, consent signals and visit-related technical information needed to attribute a conversion to advertising activity. Exact third-party cookie names and retention periods can vary and are governed by Google’s own products and documentation.

Conversion events sent by this site are limited to a conversion signal, a configured destination, a fixed value of 1.0 and the currency GBP. They are used only to indicate that a successful enquiry or booking occurred after advertising measurement was allowed.

9. Information not sent through conversion events

Enquiry contents and booking details are not sent through these conversion events. In particular, conversion events do not include:

  • Name, email address or telephone number
  • Business name or project description
  • Package, budget or timescale selections
  • Booking attendee details, notes, meeting links or booking identifiers
  • Supabase row identifiers or other internal enquiry records

Where Google sets its own cookies or similar technologies after consent, names and lifetimes may change. Review Google’s privacy information for current detail.

11. Accepting, rejecting and withdrawing consent

When no valid decision is stored, a privacy banner offers Accept advertising measurement, Reject non-essential and Manage preferences. You can also open Cookie settings from the footer at any time.

Accepting loads the Google tag for advertising measurement only. Rejecting keeps the Google tag unloaded. Withdrawing consent updates the stored preference to denied, blocks future tag loading and future conversion events on later visits, and removes site-created first-party Google advertising storage where that is technically possible from this origin. Withdrawal does not undo processing that already took place lawfully while consent was in place.

Your consent preference is retained for up to 180 days. Invalid, expired or unknown stored values are treated as no choice made.

12. Third-party processing

Google acts as the third-party measurement provider for Google Ads conversion measurement after consent. You should review Google’s own privacy information where appropriate.

Other providers used to run the website (for example hosting, enquiry storage, email and booking) are described in the Privacy notice.

13. Retention

The first-party consent preference is retained for up to 180 days from its last update. After that, or if the stored record is invalid, the banner is shown again.

Retention of Google-side advertising storage after consent is determined by Google and may vary. This site does not invent exact third-party cookie lifetimes.

14. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our use of cookies, storage or advertising measurement changes. This version was last updated on 6 August 2026.
