Privacy notice

This website is operated by PATTNI DIGITAL LTD (“we”, “us”). Pattni Digital is the trading brand operated by PATTNI DIGITAL LTD. Pattni Digital provides website, online store and digital product services. This notice covers the information you give us through this website, including the project enquiry form, email and consultation bookings.

PATTNI DIGITAL LTD currently determines how and why enquiry information is processed through this website, and is the current data controller for that information.

For anything to do with privacy, contact us at hello@pattnidigital.co.uk. We do not currently have a Data Protection Officer, and we are not required to appoint one.

When you submit the project enquiry form, we collect:

• Your name.
• Your contact details, meaning your email address and, if you provide it, your telephone number.
• Your business or project name.
• The address of your existing website, if you have one.
• Your project requirements, including what you want to build, the problem it should solve, important features and intended customers.
• Your approximate budget and preferred launch period.
• How you heard about us, and the name of anyone who referred you.
• Whether you asked to receive occasional updates.
• Basic campaign attribution values (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content and utm_term) when they are present in the web address you arrived on, together with the page you submitted from.

We do not ask for identity documents, payment details or any special category data. Please do not include information of that kind in the free-text fields.

Our enquiry system may record a default internal value in a legacy community-status field for technical compatibility. This value is generated automatically, is not information supplied by you, is not used to determine pricing or community membership, and must not be interpreted as confirmation that you are not part of the Pattni community.

We do not store your IP address or browser user-agent string with your enquiry. Google Analytics is not currently implemented. Optional Google Ads advertising measurement runs only where you consent; see section 6 and the Cookie policy.

We use enquiry information to:

• Review your enquiry and understand what you need.
• Respond to you as a prospective client.
• Recommend a suitable package or project scope.
• Prepare proposals and quotations.
• Manage pre-contract discussions, including consultation calls.
• Prevent abuse of the enquiry form, such as automated spam submissions.
• Keep appropriate business records.
• Send occasional updates, only where you asked us to.

Other than the optional updates, this processing rests on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running the business, and on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. Marketing emails rest on your consent.

The enquiry form asks you to confirm that you have read this notice. That tick is a record that the information was made available to you before you submitted the form. It is not consent, and it is not the legal basis on which we handle your enquiry — that basis is described in section 3.

Marketing is entirely optional and separate from your enquiry. The updates checkbox is unticked by default, and leaving it that way has no effect on whether or how we reply to you.

You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@pattnidigital.co.uk. In this phase of the project we record your preference alongside your enquiry; we do not add you to a mailing list automatically.

Pattni Digital uses Google Ads measurement only where you consent through the privacy banner or Cookie settings. The purpose is to determine whether Google advertising led to a successful project enquiry or consultation booking.

After consent, Google may process advertising identifiers, consent signals and visit-related technical information needed for that measurement. Enquiry contents and booking-form details are not sent through these conversion events. Enhanced conversions are not currently implemented. Personalised advertising is not currently enabled. Google Analytics is not currently implemented.

Google is the measurement provider for this optional feature. You can withdraw consent at any time through Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully while consent was in place. International processing by providers, including Google where applicable, continues to follow the framework in section 9.

We use a small number of established providers to run the site and handle enquiries. They process information on our instructions.

• ResendSending the enquiry notification and acknowledgement emails.
• Cal.eu / Cal.comScheduling and confirming consultation bookings when you use the booking page.
• GoogleGoogle Ads conversion measurement only when you consent to advertising measurement. Google Analytics, personalised advertising and enhanced conversions are not currently enabled.

When you book a consultation, the booking itself is made on the Cal.eu scheduling service and is governed by their own privacy terms. We do not copy booking details into our own database.

Your information may be seen by:

• PATTNI DIGITAL LTD, meaning the people working on your enquiry.
• The service providers listed above, to the extent needed to run the service.
• Professional advisers, such as accountants or legal advisers, where necessary.
• Authorities or regulators, where we are legally required to disclose information.

We do not sell your information. We do not share enquiry or booking contents for advertising. Optional Google Ads conversion measurement, where you consent, may involve Google processing advertising identifiers and related technical information as described in section 6.

Our providers are international businesses and may process or store information in more than one country, including outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens, transfers are covered by the appropriate contractual or legal safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or an applicable adequacy decision.

We rely on each provider’s published terms rather than making claims about exactly where data sits at a given moment. If you need specifics for a particular provider, email hello@pattnidigital.co.uk and we will point you to their documentation.

We keep personal information only for as long as needed:

• Unconverted enquiries may be kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact.
• Spam, abandoned or clearly invalid enquiries may be kept for up to 90 days.
• Project correspondence and delivery records may be kept for 6 years after completion or termination.
• Contracts, invoices and payment records may be kept for 6 years from the end of the relevant financial year.
• Support records connected with a project contract may be kept for 6 years.
• Other support enquiries may be kept for 24 months after closure.
• Marketing consent records are kept until consent is withdrawn, and are reviewed after 24 months of inactivity.
• Advertising-measurement preference records in first-party browser storage are kept for up to 180 days from the last update of your choice.
• Portfolio permissions are kept while the material remains published, plus a reasonable audit period.

You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner. We will do so unless we have a continuing legal or business reason to keep it, and we will tell you if that is the case.

Subject to the conditions in data protection law, you have the following rights.

Access

Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

Correction

Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.

Erasure

Ask us to delete your information, where we have no continuing legal or business reason to keep it.

Restriction

Ask us to limit how we use your information while a query about it is resolved.

Objection

Object to our use of your information where we rely on our legitimate interests.

Portability

Ask for certain information in a portable format, where that right applies.

Withdrawal of consent

Withdraw marketing consent at any time, without affecting your enquiry. You can also withdraw advertising-measurement consent through Cookie settings in the footer.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@pattnidigital.co.uk and tell us what you would like us to do. We may need to ask a question or two to confirm we are dealing with the right person and the right enquiry. We aim to respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the supervisory authority for data protection in the United Kingdom, at ICO website (opens in a new tab).
