The challenge
A digital experience to match the shop
Belgrave Florist has an established local presence and a highly visual product offering, but its digital experience needs to communicate the same character and quality customers see in person.
The project does not need the complexity of a full ecommerce checkout. Instead, the website needs to help customers understand the florist’s offering, see examples of its work and make an enquiry quickly through the channels the business already uses.
Our approach
An elegant identity with a simple journey
We are creating a mobile-first website that combines an elegant floral identity with a simple customer journey.
The design draws on botanical greens, blush tones, antique gold details and decorative floral influences, while keeping the interface clear and modern.
Rather than forcing customers through an online checkout, the experience is designed around the way the business wants to operate: showcasing products and occasions, building trust and directing customers towards phone and WhatsApp enquiries.
Key features
What the website is built to do
The project direction focuses on a small number of things done well, rather than features for their own sake.

Built for phones first, where most local searches begin.
WhatsApp-focused enquiry journey
A direct route from browsing to a WhatsApp conversation.
Phone enquiry calls to action
Clear tap-to-call prompts placed throughout the site.
Bouquet and occasion showcase
Space to present arrangements and occasions attractively.
Delivery information
Straightforward answers on what is delivered and where.
Gallery-led presentation
Photography-led layouts that let the work speak.
Testimonials and trust content
Room for reviews and reassurance as they become available.
Bespoke visual identity
A florist identity in botanical greens, blush and gold.
Clear service and occasion navigation
Simple paths to the right products and occasions.
No unnecessary ecommerce checkout
Enquiry-led, without a checkout the business doesn’t need.
Design direction
A digital identity rooted in the business
The visual direction takes inspiration from traditional floral and decorative patterns while keeping the overall experience contemporary.
Ivory and blush backgrounds create warmth, botanical green provides contrast, and antique gold is used selectively for detail. Elegant serif typography helps give the site a premium florist feel without making the interface difficult to use.
